Welcome To ISCEI 2024 Nanjing, China┃ March 15-17, 2024 | Welcome Message 2024 International Symposium on Communications Engineering and Internet (ISCEI 2024) will be held during March 15-17, 2024 in Nanjing, China.
The aim as well as objective of ISCEI 2024 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Communications Engineering and Internet topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields.
The focus of the conference is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators and students from all over the world. All accepted papers of ISCEI 2024 will be published in conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. |
| Submission Instructions |
| All full paper submissions to the ISCEI 2024 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. |
